The name "Laughing Haha" is a cute nickname given to it by a shop in Macau.
We originally called it Smiley , but when I first heard "laughing heartily," my heart was suddenly warmed—just the words themselves made me want to smile.
Looking back at the initial design of "Laughing Haha", the intention was actually very simple:
"I should wear a symbol like this on my hand to remind myself to smile at myself every day."
Because this world often makes it hard to laugh.
